If m3u playlist not working in VLC player, probably m3u playlist have full of content which is more then 130K, because that is such a big playlist which is not supported by VLC player, we recommend you decrease content by edit your subscription and select required countries categories, then by short contents of m3u playlist VLC player able load playlist and play channels properly
